We will so miss seeing Sylvia when we visit. I know she & mom had such a great friendship for so many years!! Bless her precious heart. What a beautiful lovely friend & accomplished lady. She will be missed. Our prayers are with all of you!

Family of Sylvia,
As a young girl and teenager I remember Sylvia from the Nazarene Church in Madison.  My mother Phyllis Black loved her encouraging words about a large family, we had six children and she always commented how much she appreciated your moms words. Heaven is richer now. Deepest regrets.

My heartfelt sympathy for the loss of dear Sylvia. I was able to spend time with her at the nursing home when my mother, Marge Randall spent some time there two years ago. She was certainly a wonderful lady.  Thoughts and prayers, Pam

Dear Family of Sylvia,  we were so saddened to hear of Sylvia's passing. We got to know Sylvia when our daughter Chelsey was in 2nd grade & had Barb Egeberg as a teacher.  Barb hooked Chelsey & Sylvia up as pen pals.  Our family has kept in contact with her since then. We always received a Christmas card & we in turn sent one to her. She was an amazing lady & will be missed. She is now at peace & with Laurence once again.

May you rest in peace Sylvia in the arms of your Lord.  I so enjoyed visiting with her at Bethel when my Mother, Helen Halverson, was also a resident there.  She always had a smile on her face.  My sincere condolences to the family.

My sympathy to the family.  What a beautiful lady.  I remember her when she was working  as deputy clerk in Lake County.  In later years I would visit with her at Bethel while I was visiting my mom.  What a lovely and gracious lady.

Please accept my sympathy for your mother.  I met a very nice sweet woman while bringing flowers from Judy from Hy-Vee.  She was a dear and will be missed.  So sorry for your loss
