Randy Ekanger

Randy Ekanger age, 72, of Sioux Falls, SD, died unexpectedly Wednesday, November 22, 2023 near Carthage, SD. Memorial Services will be 11 am, Sat., Jan. 20, 2024, at Sioux Falls First Assembly with Rev. Ronald Traub officiating. Visitation will be one hour preceding the service at the church.

Randolph “Randy” Noble Ekanger was born on March 11th, 1951, to Parents Francis and Virginia Ekanger in Sioux Falls, SD.  He was born the second of three children.  Randy had three passions in his life.  His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his kids Darin Ekanger, Mickey Ekanger, and Lisa (Praska) and Hunting. 

Randy was known by Several Names.  Randolph, Randy and Pastor Randy.  The names he was most proud of was “Dad” and “Grandpa”. 

Randy is Preceded in death by his Parents, Francis and Virginia Ekanger. 

He is survived by Brother, Theodore “Ted” (Bobbie) Ekanger and Sister Juanita (Tom) Thaden, Children, Darin Ekanger, Mickey Ekanger and Lisa Praska.  Randy had fourteen Grand Children and One Great Grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
